Edible Education

Stanford University is now offering a free class on food shopping, preparation, and nutrition because they found their students largely unprepared to feed themselves off of a meal plan. Could the lack of culinary education in our country’s young adults signify a necessary shift in gastronomic literacy and agricultural awareness? Check out The Teaching Kitchen for yourself.

Improved Indoor Air

With most of us spending the winter months inside, it’s more important than ever to keep indoor plants. They help release additional oxygen, add humidity to a dry room, and filter your home’s air.

All while looking pretty and reminding us that Spring isn’t too far away!

Use live plants to help clean the air in your home during winter, when most houses are closed off from fresh air.
